Exchange & Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your order to return/exhange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original tag/packaging. Please notify us at orders@khoonhooi.com to check the eligibility of any returns/exchanges.

To complete your return, please insert your receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept any store-purchased merchandise. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately SALE and MADE-TO-ORDER/PRE-ORDER items cannot be exchanged/refunded.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

Others

Shipping is chargeable on all exchanges and returns. Customers are responsible for taxes and duties.

Khoon Hooi reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, refunds, and exchanges. All exchanges are subject to items availability.
