Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and you can run your transaction through Ipay 88 and PayPal. Both payment gateways are secure. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email.

All prices are listed and charged in Ringgit Malaysia. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card. In general, it will match very closely with the on going exchange rate. 

 

Delivery

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 3-5 days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by the following providers Citylink, FedEx, DHL or Aramex (depending on location). We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum and you will be updated on the progress of your order.

 

Taxes and Duties

International customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries.

 

PreOrders

Whenever possible, we will accommodate made-to-order inquiries. Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final. Kindly refer to the measurements on our US sizing chart before placing your order. Preorder items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please allow up to 60-90 days for Demi Couture and up to 30 days for Ready-to-Wear items. 

 

Exchange & Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your order to return/exhange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original tag/packaging. Please notify us at orders@khoonhooi.com to check the eligibility of any returns/exchanges.

To complete your return, please insert your receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept any store-purchased merchandise. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately Sale and PreOrder items cannot be exchanged/refunded.

Customers are responsible shipping, taxes and duties. We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. KHOON HOOI will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel. All returns and exchanges are to be shipped to the address below:

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

Others

Khoon Hooi reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, refunds, and exchanges. All exchanges are subject to items availability.
