1) Management - Human Resources & Admin Executive
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Payroll & Statutory System

2) Management - Finance & Admin Executive
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Account/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

General Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Vendor Management: Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Issue invoices to customers, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Credit Control: Monitor credit limits, review credit terms, and coordinate collections efforts when necessary.
  • Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance activities, and handling correspondence.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.

3) Management - Sales Manager
Requirements:

  • Proven retail sales management experience, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    4) Production - Finishing / Quality Check Personnel
    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor, with a focus on garment finishing and quality control.
    • Proficiency in a variety of sewing techniques, including hemming, stitching, and pressing.
    • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality, with the ability to identify and correct imperfections in garments.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
    • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
    • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

      5) Production - Intern
      Requirements:

      • Student pursuing undergraduate diploma or degree in Fashion Design
      • Minimum 3 month’s internship
      • Basic understanding of fashion
      • Excellent time management skills
      • Effective communication skills
      • Good hand-eye coordination
      • Team player

      6) Production - Drafter / Senior Drafter
      Requirements:

      • Draw and design pattern pieces using traditional hand-drawing method based on production sheet sketches.
      • Drape and pin material on dummies to achieve correct fit.
      • Alter and shape standard pattern blocks into specific styles.
      • Modify non-standard pattern bases from the company’s pattern library.
      • Cut out pattern pieces with details for sample and stock garments.
      • Understand and translate designs into technical specifications, pattern pieces, and toiles.
      • Suggest improvements to design constructions.
      • Collaborate with designers, cutters, and tailors on design creation, including fitting, detailing, and adaptations.
      • Grade pattern pieces into different sizes.
      • Fit and study customer garments to determine required alterations.
      • Perform garment alterations such as tapering pant legs, narrowing lapels, and adjusting padding.
      • Check and correct pattern pieces before passing to the cutter or outsource production team.
      • Cut and sew sample garments using muslin.
      • Record customer body measurements (bust, waist, hip, etc.).
      • Arrange and store extra unused fabrics from custom orders.
      • Organize pattern pieces by style and season/collection in labeled boxes and cupboards.

      7) Production - Embroiderer
      Requirements:

      • Process and check orders for embroidery decoration in line with company service levels.
      • Embroider garments following established embroidery procedures.
      • Work towards achieving embroidery objectives and measures.
      • Complete finishing touches on garments, including ironing.
      • Assist with stock takes and ordering of supplies.
      • Perform hand embroidery and unpick garments using snippers.
      • Report material and stock consumption accurately.
      • Utilize industrial tools and appliances (pliers, screws, wedges, scissors, and razor blades) for embroidery tasks.

      8) Production - Management Trainee
      Requirements:

      • Specialize in the production department, focusing on drafting and pattern cutting.
      • Draw and design pattern pieces using traditional hand-drawing methods based on production sheet sketches.
      • Drape materials and alter standard pattern blocks to create specific styles.
      • Cut pattern pieces with detailed annotations for sample and stock garments.
      • Understand and translate designs into technical specifications, pattern pieces, and toiles.
      • Suggest improvements to technical constructions for given designs.
      • Assist in external events, including model casting, photoshoots, and backstage styling.

      9) Retail - Showroom Coordinator 
      Requirements:

      • Previous experience in luxury fashion retail sales is an added advantage.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Knowledgeable about fashion trends, brands, and designers.
