What payments does KHOON HOOI accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express - using 2 payment gateway options : Ipay88 or PayPal. 

All prices are listed and charged in Ringgit Malaysia. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card. In general, it will match very closely with the on going exchange rate. 

 

How will I know if you have received my order?

What is the delivery window?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 3-5 days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by the following providers Citylink, FedEx or Aramex (depending on location). Please allow 5-10 days for international shipping. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum and you will be updated on the progress of your order.

 

Do I have to pay for duty and import charges?

International customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries.

 

How long is the duration for Pre Orders?

Please allow up to 60-90 days for Demi Couture and up to 30 days for Ready-to-Wear items. 

 

What is KHOON HOOI's Exchange & Returns Policy?

Sale and PreOrder items cannot be exchanged/refunded.

For regular merchandise, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to return/exchange. Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original tag/packaging.

To complete your return, please insert your receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept any store-purchased merchandise. 

Customers are responsible shipping, taxes and duties. We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. KHOON HOOI will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel. All returns and exchanges are to be shipped to the address below:

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
